Meet Dimitri Jordan – Vice President, Partners
With more than three decades of experience spanning public and private sectors, I bring a uniquely comprehensive perspective to every real estate transaction. As Vice President at Partners—a full-service commercial real estate firm—I specialize in helping high-net-worth investors grow and protect their portfolios across all property types.
Prior to joining Partners, I spent a decade with Marcus & Millichap, focusing on investment sales. My foundation in real estate, however, began in the public sector, where I served the City of Milwaukee for over 15 years—first as a Property Appraiser, then as an Economic Development Specialist. In that role, I led the implementation of Tax Incremental Financing Districts (TIFs) and directed the city’s retail recruitment strategy, spotlighting Milwaukee’s strengths to investors and developers across the Midwest.
Today, I advise clients who typically own between one and six income-producing properties, helping them navigate complex markets with confidence. My approach is relationship-first—I take the time to understand each client’s unique goals, risk profile, and preferred markets so we can craft tailored investment strategies designed for long-term success.
